Paul Stefanidis, our senior mastering engineer, brings over 25 years of professional experience to every session. With nearly 100 gold and platinum awards, Paul has built a reputation as one of Australia’s most respected mastering engineers. His long-standing collaborations with major labels including Universal, Sony, EMI, and BMG have cemented Viking Lounge Mastering as the go-to destination for world-class mastering — where consistency, musicality, and innovation come together.

Paul Stefanidis is the founder, owner and senior Mastering engineer at Viking Lounge Mastering. A driving force behind VLM and decades of experience, Paul has mastered countless projects for artists around the world.

MADALYN HENLY - MASTERING ENGINEER
Madalyn is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Music. Upon completing her degree she joined Viking Lounge Mastering, refining her skills under Paul's mentorship.
Madalyn has also been establishing herself within the live music scene, regularly doing sound for venues such as The Newsagency, Giant Dwarf Theatre and Venue 505.

As Account Manager at Viking Lounge Mastering, Andy Taylor combines more than four decades of technical experience with a genuine understanding of the needs of artists, producers and corporate clients.
As each client’s primary point of contact, Andy draws on 42 years of hands-on experience spanning live audio engineering, audiovisual technical direction, network engineering and software development. This broad technical foundation allows him to understand complex projects at every level from signal flow and system integration to digital delivery and file specifications.
Andy speaks the language of engineers, producers and artists alike, helping ensure clear communication and precise execution from the initial consultation through to final delivery. His connection to music is also personal: as a guitarist, he has performed with numerous original, cover and tribute acts throughout Australia.
Since 2000, Viking Lounge Mastering has earned a strong reputation for sonic excellence, serving a loyal roster of artists, producers and major labels around the world. Led by multi platinum, award winning Senior Mastering Engineer and Film Maker Paul Stefanidis, the studio combines high-end analogue and digital equipment with purpose built, acoustically treated rooms.
